A solid brass frog with a bow tied at his throat, sitting back on his haunches with both long legs stretched out and webbed feet turned up at the ends. The casting is soft and rounded — a smug little face, hooded eyes, a proper belly — and the brass has polished up to a deep warm gold.
Cast hollow with a keyhole slot in the back, so he hangs flat on a nail. Green-grey patina across the reverse, left as found.
