A scalloped tin bowl printed edge to edge in a chinoiserie pattern — cornflower blue panels of gold scrolling foliage alternating with white ones full of red peonies, blossoming branches and long-tailed birds, all divided by fine gold lines. The rim is fluted into eight lobes and finished in gold.
Marked on the base: Daher Decorated Ware, © 1971, designed by Daher, Long Island NY, made in England. Keys and mail by the door, or on a wall in a cluster of plates.
