A tall ceramic sculpture in high-gloss black — two stylized figures arched over and reaching for each other, arms meeting at the top and bottom so the whole thing closes into a ring on an oval foot. Faceless and smooth, the way the good Art Deco revival pieces were, with the glaze so dark it reads as a silhouette until the light catches a shoulder.
Marked Haeger, American Made, 302, © 1994 on the base, with the original felt pads still on.
