An oval studio bowl built from hand-rolled coils looped over and over into an open lattice, rising off a solid throw-lined foot and finished in a soft speckled white glaze. The clay body shows warm and sandy at the unglazed rim of the base, and the loops go slightly irregular where they were joined by hand.
Impressed maker's stamp inside the foot. Bread and rolls at dinner, fruit on a counter, or nothing at all where the light can throw the pattern.
